Reporting Bugs & Requesting Features

If you encounter any bugs while using Qorrect or have ideas for new features that would improve the app, we'd love to hear from you!

Please include the following information when reporting bugs:

Your iOS version
Your app version
A detailed description of the issue
Steps to reproduce the problem (if applicable)
Screenshots (if relevant)

For feature requests, please describe:

What functionality you'd like to see
How this feature would benefit you
Any specific implementation details you have in mind

Country Code Detection Improvements

The country code detection system is at the heart of our app. While we strive to provide accurate detection for all supported countries, we recognize that there's always room for improvement.

How to Suggest Country Code Detection Improvements:

If you find a number that could be better formatted, manually update the phone number field for a test contact to verify your suggested format works better
Send us your suggestion with the following information:
- The country in question
- The original phone number
- The current formatted number
- Your suggested improved format
- A brief explanation of why this change would be beneficial

Note: For special number formats (like mobile vs landline numbers), please be especially detailed in your explanation, as these can be particularly challenging to format correctly across different countries and regions.

Country Support Requests

We're always looking to expand our country support. If you'd like to see support for a country that's not currently included in the app, please let us know!

When requesting a new country, it would be helpful if you could provide:

The name of the country
Examples of common phone number formats in this country
If possible, the official rules for formatting phone numbers in this country

While we can't guarantee that all requested countries will be added, your input helps us prioritize which countries to support next.
