Troubleshooting

Contacts not showing

Check that contact access is enabled in Settings > Qorrect. You may need to restart the app after granting permission.

Wrong country code applied

Verify the contact's name matches the expected country โ€” Qorrect uses name heuristics to detect origin. You can manually override in the review step before applying.

Changes not saving

Ensure Qorrect has write permission for Contacts. Go to Settings > Qorrect and verify the Contacts toggle is enabled.
