Description of Service

Sentry Recovery is a macOS and Windows application for recovering deleted Tesla Sentry Mode and Dashcam videos from USB drives using advanced file carving technology.

Licensing

Sentry Recovery offers a free trial (3 recoveries) and a one-time purchase ($29) for unlimited use. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's Consumer Terms of Service.

EU Right of Withdrawal

For customers in the European Union: Under EU consumer protection law, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases.

However, by completing your purchase of Sentry Recovery, you expressly:

• Request immediate access to the digital content/services
• Acknowledge that the digital content will be delivered immediately upon purchase
• Consent to waive your 14-day right of withdrawal as the digital content is delivered immediately

This is in accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

Despite waiving the statutory withdrawal right, you are still protected by our 30-day money-back guarantee.

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of purchase with "Refund Request" in the subject line. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.

Disclaimer

Sentry Recovery is provided "as is". Video recovery success depends on the condition of your USB drive and the extent of data overwriting. We cannot guarantee recovery of all deleted files. The app should not be used as a substitute for regular backups.
