Who writes the content

All technical and marketing content on qloud.ltd is written by the Qloud LTD team, led by Spyros Ioakim (Founder & Principal Engineer, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert and DevOps Engineer Expert, with associate-level credentials in Azure Administrator, Developer, Security Engineer, and AI Engineer).

Product pages describe software we built; technical guides describe techniques we use in production. We write about what we actually ship and operate.

How we source facts

Specific technical claims on qloud.ltd — file format details, scan speeds, algorithmic approaches, camera specifications, iOS capabilities — are drawn from the product source code, real-hardware testing, or vendor documentation. Examples:

• The "~131,000x faster than byte-by-byte" claim on the Sentry Recovery pages is derived from the cluster size constant in our sentry_recovery_core Rust crate (128 KB = 131,072 bytes per cluster).
• The Tesla camera positions, resolutions, and filename formats are based on real Tesla dashcam output analysed during development, not vendor marketing.
• Microsoft certification names, identifiers, and dates on the About page are copied from the founder's official Microsoft Learn transcript and are verifiable by the identifier where required.

How we frame uncertainty

Some claims have real-world limits. Data recovery outcomes depend on whether disk sectors have been overwritten — we can't know in advance. So on product pages where outcomes are not guaranteed, we publish an explicit Recovery Disclaimer and recommend the free trial to assess recoverability before purchase. We do not promise outcomes we can't deliver.

Where we cite numeric results from real-world testing (recovered clip counts, scan durations, identification accuracy), we describe the test drive and context so the numbers are verifiable rather than aspirational.

AI-generated content

qloud.ltd is written by humans. We do not publish bulk AI-generated content dressed up as editorial. We do use AI tools (including Claude) during drafting — to restructure sections, catch errors, or generate boilerplate legal text — but a human author reviews every public page before it ships and is responsible for its accuracy.

Product feature descriptions that reference on-device AI (for example the Sentry Recovery camera-angle classifier) describe real software behaviour from the product codebase, not marketing simulation.

Corrections and feedback

If you spot a factual error, unclear claim, or broken technical detail on any qloud.ltd page, please email info@qloud.ltd. We aim to review corrections within 5 working days and will update the affected page and its JSON-LD dateModified when we ship a fix.

Substantive changes to product pages are visible in the Sentry Recovery changelog (for that product) and in the git history of the site itself.

Independence and conflicts of interest

Qloud LTD is an independent UK software studio. We do not receive sponsored content, affiliate commissions, or payment-for-review arrangements on the content published on qloud.ltd. Product comparisons on the site (for example the Sentry Recovery guide comparing PhotoRec, professional labs, and general-purpose tools) reflect our engineering judgement, not paid placement.
